Privacy Policy

A1 Traders is a wholesale supplier of food packaging in Lahore, Pakistan. Our head office is at Shop #4, Sheikh Abdul Market, 11 Abkari Road, Anarkali Bazaar, Lahore.

When you send an inquiry from the website we receive:

• your name and your phone or WhatsApp number (both are required);
• the products on your inquiry list and the quantity of each;
• any notes you choose to add (up to 2,000 characters);
• any custom-print designs on your list (a link to each design and its quantity; see Logos and designs you upload);
• how you sent it (website, WhatsApp, email, or an AI assistant) and the date and time.

The WhatsApp button works even with an empty list: we then receive your name and number, and the short message you type about what you are looking for, so we can follow up. The inquiry form does not ask for payment card details or for you to create an account.

We use these details to prepare your quotation, send it to you on WhatsApp and handle your order. We do not use them for anything else.

Our staff see your inquiry. To let them know quickly, each new inquiry sends a message to a private A1 Traders channel on Discord, which is a third-party service. That message contains your name and phone number, a link to your quotation, the names of up to three products, the links to any custom-print designs on it and any notes you wrote.

Our website is hosted on Netlify, and Netlify stores your inquiry for us. Your quotation is a web page at a link of its own. It shows the name, phone number, notes and products from your inquiry to anyone who has the link, so keep the link private.

The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own policy.

We do not sell your data.

When you design printed cups on our Custom printing page and save the design (to copy its link or add it to your inquiry), we store:

• each logo file exactly as you uploaded it (PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF);
• a PNG or JPG preview of each logo;
• the design layout: the cup and size, where each logo and text line sits, the colours and the quantity;
• proof images made from it (front and back views and the flat print layout).

A design does not store your name or phone number. Those only reach us if you add the design to an inquiry and send it.

Each saved design has a share link. Anyone who has the link can open the design and see its proof images and the previews of its logos, so only share it with people you want to see it. The original logo files you uploaded are visible to our staff only, who use them to prepare the print.

To stop abuse we count uploads and saved designs per network (IP) address per hour, in the same way as inquiries (see IP addresses and abuse limits). A logo you upload but never use in a saved design can no longer be used after 24 hours; it is not deleted automatically yet.

We keep designs, logo files and proofs for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry or order and to keep our business records, the same as inquiries. You can ask us to delete a design and its logo files (see Your choices); send us its link.

To stop spam and abuse we limit how many inquiries can be sent in one hour. For this we store a counter against your network (IP) address, and against the phone number in the inquiry, together with the time the hour started. For IPv6 addresses we count by the whole network (the first 64 bits). These counters only count requests per hour. They are reused or overwritten as new hours start, and we do not delete them automatically.

If an app or AI assistant retries the same request, a copy of the first reply is used for 24 hours to recognise the retry, linked to your network address, so the retry does not create a second inquiry. That copy includes the name, phone number and notes from the inquiry. It is not deleted automatically yet, but it is not used again after the 24 hours. You can ask us to delete it (see Your choices).

Your inquiry list, any notes you add to products, and the products you looked at recently are saved in your own browser (localStorage) on your device, together with a flag that remembers you have seen the showroom introduction (no personal data). Nothing from them reaches us until you choose to send an inquiry. Clearing your browser data removes them.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our pages do not run analytics or advertising scripts. The site does not set cookies of its own.

We keep your inquiry for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry or order and to keep our business records. Your quotation link shows as expired after 7 days, but that only marks the prices as out of date. The abuse-limit counters cover one hour at a time and are reused rather than deleted automatically. The retry copy is used for 24 hours and is not deleted automatically yet. You can ask us to delete any of these (see Your choices).

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us by email at info@A1traders.pk, or on WhatsApp at +92 321 9420828. We may need to keep some details to handle an inquiry or order you have already confirmed with us.

You can also send an inquiry through an AI assistant that uses our MCP connector or API. Those inquiries are handled in the same way: the same details are stored, our staff are notified the same way (marked as coming from an AI assistant), and the same limits apply. The assistant you use has its own privacy policy for what it keeps.

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and its date.
