Delivery	Delivery in Lahore is booked via inDrive. The receiver pays the delivery charge directly. We deliver across Pakistan. The delivery option and cost for your city are confirmed on WhatsApp. You can collect your order from any of our three Lahore branches.
Payment	Pay when you collect your order or by bank transfer.
Returns	Report a wrong item, short quantity or visibly damaged carton before the rider leaves. Report damage inside sealed cartons within 48 hours of delivery or pickup, with an uncut unboxing video. Report manufacturing defects, or return unopened, sealed cartons with our label if you change your mind, within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Our mistake or a defect: we replace the item, or refund you if we can't replace it. Change of mind: store credit, and you pay the delivery both ways. We can't take back opened food-contact cartons or loose pieces (unless defective), custom or printed orders (unless they don't match the approved proof), damage from storage, heat or moisture after delivery, or goods without our label or seal.
